David asks…

What do you normally do when downloading or buying albums?

Do you download a bunch at once or one at a time?
How long until you begin to look for a new album?
Just describe the process of discovering new music

I generally download several albums at once and wait a week or so before looking for more

New Niche Finder answers:

I usually download a couple albums, organize them how I like because I’m a neat freak when it comes to my computer, put them on my Itunes and listen to them for a while. If I hear something I like on Youtube or over the radio, I go and download the whole album because I don’t like having just one song from an artist. Sometimes when I really like something I’ve downloaded I go and buy it in CD form to support the artist.

Lisa asks…

Where is the best website to discover good new music?

I used to have a subscription to Blender Magazine which is no longer in publication- they had all the reviews on music not even on the radio yet. Where can I be the first to discover new good music?????

Laura asks…

What is some good countrywestern/rock music like the Doves song, “Kingdom of Rust”?

I really love Doves, especially their song, “Kingdom of Rust”. I really like the country western influences in that song, and how it makes you feel like your in a western movie! I wanna discover some more music with a similar country western style, but still retaining a rock/alternative edge. Any suggestions?

New Niche Finder answers:

I think one song you are looking for is called “Assalaam Alaikum Hasa Diya Warahamatullah.”

It is performed by the renowned team of Susan Boyle and Zev Boim.
