How to decide on a career? What are some careers in the medical field?

I am looking at a career in the medical field but am not sure what I want to be. I know I don’t want to be a Nurse because I am not the most social guy. I considered being a doctor because I an introvert and don’t mind talking one on one. However, I ultimately want to find a career that I really enjoy. I also thought about computers and had an interest in Psychology but right now just want some ideas for jobs in the medical field.

New Niche Finder answers:

I would suggest possibly being a medical lab technician since you say you enjoy computers and are an introvert. There are also tons of more careers you can look into. I will leave some resources in the source box below. Have a nice day!

What does a career woman hope to achieve in her lifetime?

We know men go to work to support the family. What does a career woman go to work for, herself?

New Niche Finder answers:

A career woman goes to work because she has probably studied all her life to get where she is, she wants to support a family that relies on TWO incomes, she wants to be financially independent in case her marriage or relationship fails, she wants to feel like she’s contributing to society, and she enjoys her job?

What is a manly career that is relatively easy to get?

I want a well paying manly career that requires a bachelors degree. I also want it to be a career we will always need, and a career that doesn’t change much at all. Answer if you can.

New Niche Finder answers:

I would say don’t listen to the military, police, and firefighting. Those are all any person careers nowadays and they don’t have much requirements at all besides being strong.

I’d say be an electrician. It’s an extremely high paying field, and requires intelligence as well as strength. It also requires good judgement so you don’t die from electrocution, and also being in the line of danger but being tough enough to keep with it is manly.

Also maybe a fisherman, go out on the seas and catch thousands of fish for days on end, which most girls will think is icky, and won’t do. You’ll rake in the dough in no time, a lot of fish can be anywhere from $5 to $8 a pound and catching 50 10pound fish would add up real quick. Actually I think being a fisherman is the most manly job their is.

How long does a modeling career last?

I am looking to model in the high fashion industry. I am planning on going on America’s Next Top Model but I am wondering if it would be possible to go to college before I begin my career. I know that the career doesn’t last forever and that is why I would like to go to college so that way I could get another job once I am too old to model. If you could tell me how long a modeling career lasts in the high fashion industry. Any additional information would be appreciated. Thank you.

New Niche Finder answers:

This is something that I happen to be an expert at because I am a model and so is my fiancee. Your best bet when starting out is to join an agency. * Make sure you do your research though, because some agencies are very good and others are very poor. * Also do be prepared to be asked to pose in skimpy and revealing clothing. Sometimes you will also be asked to pose nude. If you are uncomfortable with your body or don’t like being nude or semi nude, this is not a good choice for a career.
As far as how long your career will last is really up to you. You have to take care of your self by eating healthy, exercising, and having an over all healthy life style. There are models like Christie Brinkley who have been in the business for decades. Bottom line is this be healthy, stay healthy, and you will have a long career.
Last but not least, do expect a lot of hard work and heart ache. The modeling world isn’t for everyone. What I would also do is look into acting as well, since the way Hollywood is going many stars have both acting and modeling careers. Both my fiancee and I have done plenty of acting as well (commercials, extras, etc.). Just remember to stay positive and never do anything that you aren’t comfortable with. Good luck! :)
