Your Questions About How To Find A New Home For Your Dog

Chris asks…

Is it bad for a cat to eat dog food and vice versa?

Okay, I know this sounds kinda funny. But I have one dog and one kitten at home. My dog started eating the cat’s food, and my cat started eating the dog‘s food. They still eat their own food, but also each others. Is this a bad thing?

New Niche Finder answers:

Just be aware that dogs that eat cat food tend to get really fat due to the different calories/fat in cat food versus dog food!!! My cats like to nibble out of my Chihuahuas food bowl now and again, but because the kibbles are so big compared to the cat food, they don’t eat much.

Here’s a few ideas that will work…

1. Mothballs around your house and yard will help stave off bugs of all kinds.

2. Keep the grass mowed short and trim all the branches to trees high.

3. Apply Sevin dust or other granular or even spray insecticide outside as per instructions on the package. Insecticides can be bought at all major outlets. Lawn services will also apply them for you if you ask and don’t want to do it yourself.

4. As an ABSOLUTE last resort and only if it gets really bad…Spray the ground with diesel fuel. I’ve heard a safer solution is using Dawn and water but I haven’t tried it. I know diesel fuel works but it can be dangerous to pets and will seep into the ground. Use caution before trying it. I’d recomend calling an exterminator before going to this length especially if you don’t know what you are doing.

What would you do if you came home and there was?

your dog in front of the computer, and it told you that it decided to become a work-from-home dog, and found a wonderful web site which promised seven thousands a month, so it subscribed with your credit card (300 bucks) and was waiting for the starter package to arrive?

How exactly, do you most of you homie-dogs raise the roof?

me and my G’s find more satisfaction, in Golf and/or Bad mitten, but why would you and your other home-dogs want to raise a roof off it’s foundation? I dont see any enjoyment in that. Wont you doods get hurt?

Joseph asks…

Does anyone make their own dog food?

Does anyone have any recipes for home made dog food? Thanks!

New Niche Finder answers:

I know someone who does this for their dog. It’s called the BARF diet (and so appropriately named). It’s the concept of feeding your dog raw, unprocessed food – the way nature intended.
